Sixty years, a lifetime as an architect of systems, and it turns out that was never a detour from art. It was the training.
The artist behind Ari3izSeries turned sixty this year. A working lifetime designing systems taught the one thing a collection actually needs: rules. A collection, properly made, is a system. Rules for light written down and argued over, colour weighed by eye until it sits right, decisions taken, reversed, and taken again. Three collections now carry that method, on three chains, and each one publishes its rulebook before you ever see the art.
The method is worth being straight about, because it is the whole point. This art is created with intelligence, not the artificial kind. The alive kind. Judgement, taste, stubbornness and humanity infused into every choice, down to a pair of odd socks that will never match. The pictures are drawn by judgement rather than by hand, and they are the artist's in every line.
The love in these projects is a collector's love as much as a maker's. Their heart lives among people who genuinely look at what they hold: the art collectors of this space, the long-term wallets, the ones who zoom in. Everything here is built for them. Flat Sun will never be sold in the ordinary sense at all. It will be placed. The Guild is small on purpose. The Outlaws were taken from the rich and minted for the free.
